Space Time Pattern Mining Tools
Space Time Pattern Mining Tools |
- The Space Time Pattern Mining Tools contains statistical tools for analyzing data distributions and patterns in the context of both space and time. It includes a toolset that can be helpful for visualizing the data stored in the space-time netCDF cube in both 2D and 3D and filling missing values in your data prior to cube creation.
- Space Time Pattern Mining Toolbox consist of a set of tools, and it will be explained by explaining all the tools as follows:
Utilities Toolset:
hese helper scripts visualize the variables stored in a space-time cube in 2D and 3D. These tools can be used to understand the structure of the cube, how the cube's assembly process works, and also to visualize patterns over time at specific locations of interest. These tools are designed to be used in conjunction with the other tools in the Space Time Pattern Mining toolbox:
Visualize Space Time Cube in 2D
Visualizes the variables stored in a netCDF cube and the results generated by the Space Time Pattern Mining tools. Output from this tool is a two-dimensional representation uniquely rendered based on the variable and theme chosen.
Visualize Space Time Cube in 3D
Visualizes the variables stored in a netCDF cube created with the Space Time Pattern Mining tools. Output from this tool is a three-dimensional representation uniquely rendered based on the variable and theme chosen.
Create Space Time Cube By Aggregating Points
Summarizes a set of points into a netCDF data structure by aggregating them into space-time bins. Within each bin, the points are counted and specified attributes are aggregated. For all bin locations, the trend for counts and summary field values are evaluated.
Emerging Hot Spot Analysis
Identifies trends in the clustering of point densities (counts) or summary fields in a space-time cube created using the Create Space Time Cube By Aggregating Points tool. Categories include new, consecutive, intensifying, persistent, diminishing, sporadic, oscillating, and historical hot and cold spots.
Local Outlier Analysis
Identifies statistically significant clusters and outliers in the context of both space and time. This tool is a space-time implementation of the Anselin Local Moran's I statistic.

In the same way, as described through this site. Watch the video first, then you can search for any tool by writing its name in the search, the language of the video is Arabic, but English subtitles and any language in the world are available. Good luck and God bless you.
